Ayobami is a graduate of Estate Management Department of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where he bagged B Sc. (Hons.) Estate Management in 2011. He was employed immediately after graduation at the firm of Messrs Jide Taiwo and Co. where he gathered experience in different areas of the Estate Surveying and Valuation Profession for years before joining Gbenga Olaniyan and Associates/Estate Links Limited as the Branch Manager of the Abuja Office giving him the opportunity to successfully run the branch operations for almost 4 years before resigning to set up the operation of Ajuzi Property Consult/Ayo Ogundairo & Co.
He is very vast in Property/Asset Valuation, Facility Management, Property Agency Brokerage, Property/Facility Management, Property Development and other areas of the profession.
He is a Registered Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), a Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), UK and has the license from Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to run an operation of an Estate Surveying and Valuation firm in Nigeria.
He is presently the Principal Partner of Ayo Ogundairo & Co. (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) and the Chairman Board of Directors of Ajuzi Property Consult (International Real Estate Consultants). Ayo as fondly called is also on the board of directors of several other companies within Nigeria.
He is a regular speaker at corporate events on real estate and construction, a good writer on real estate events and activities within and outside Nigerian shores and has granted several interviews on real estate world recent been EOM  Business Network which was broadcasted on Silverbird TV, Nigeria.
